I became an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach out of a personal need for change. After battling allergies, eczema, asthma, and Red Skin Syndrome from topical steroids, I was determined to take control of my health when mainstream medicine fell short. My journey has taught me that FOOD IS MEDICINE and that true healing goes beyond diet—it’s about consistent, small steps towards progress.
With over 20 years of experience managing restrictive diets, I’ve successfully supported my son through severe eczema and healing numerous life-threatening food allergies, and addressed my daughter's eczema and food sensitivities. I have also helped numerous families get back in the drivers seat of their health journey.
My mission is to guide individuals from merely surviving to truly thriving, with a holistic approach that embraces body, soul, and spirit healing. Through my Small Steps To Healthy membership, I provide manageable, actionable steps for better health, and my Love Your Gut program focuses on gut rehabilitation, immune system enhancement, increased energy, and toxin elimination. I was looking for more than a quick fix. I wanted to make lifelong changes.
This happened for me when I attended the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. I was always interested in health, but when I graduated as a certified coach, I wanted to create a program that would help people take small steps towards lifelong, sustainable changes.
